Santa Fe QM2SFR Quesadilla Maker

SANTA FE QUESADILLA MAKER IS GREAT!
I just love this quesadilla maker and can't say enough about it! It is wonderful to make your choice of recipe combinations by simply sandwiching cheese, chicken, beef, scrambled eggs, beans, a dab of salsa or what have you between two ordinary flour tortillas. The finished result compares with and beats the quality possible in many restaurants for this easy appetizer and snack.

A certain amount of common sense caution is in order since this appliance's heat plates get as hot as a waffle iron and the other surfaces get almost as hot, hot enough to cause a serious burn-use oven gloves or pot holders as mentioned in the user's manual and be wary of the hot steam that escapes when you lift the lid after the quesadilla is through cooking!

If in your enthusiasm you decide to stuff your quesadilla with more cheese and other ingredients the hot contents WILL leak out the sides in addition to reaching the detachable collection scoop at the front of the unit, so it's...

Great for 1 person meals!
You only need a couple of items in your fridge to make a wonderful dinner with this machine. It is not messy and very easy to clean as long as you do not over fill it. Comes with a useful cookbook for ideas. You cannot go wrong with this as a gift or for yourself.

Quick, Easy, Delicious

I've tried adding a number of things including, chicken, steak, refried, beans, cilantro, and tomatoes to name a few things (not necessarily all those at the same time either, but I suppose it's tempting.

There are also suggested recipes in the guidebook, both tradition and non-traditional. By non-traditional, I mean peanut butter & jelly, which I don't wish to try.

This quesadilla maker is lightweight and easy to take elsewhere (such as to friends' houses, which I've done). People whom we've shared this with have...
