Specification not as advertised!
The product advertisement says it cooks 20 cups but the bowl inside can hold only 10 cups! Even the product package says 20 cups! This is a genuine case of misguiding the customers. I haven't yet used it, but my first impression is bad. Buying a product and not working is a different case, but here the buyers are getting fooled by giving a different product!

I don't know why Amazon is selling this product. This product tells 4 to 20 cups on the box. when you open it, it can boil only 10 cups becasue inside bowl can hold only 10 cups.
There is NO RETURN for this product. I did send it back with a note. Amazon send back the exact same one.
Bad customer service from Amazon. Also selling a wrong product. Better to remove this from webpage.
