This waffle cone maker makes P E R F E C T and generous size sugar cones using Martha Stewart's 'VANILLA WAFFLE CONES' recipe from her website; with whipped egg whites. (Making sure to use egg whites from LARGE eggs.)
I was very disappointed with the included recipes as cones were soft like that of a regular waffle but Martha's recipe and this waffle cone maker produced a 'SUPERB' beautifully flavored 'C R I S P' sugar cone. I'm glad I paid the extra for the SE model with the snap closure because I can't imagine making waffle cones without it. Also, this waffle cone maker makes the perfect size waffle cones! I'm so glad I purchased this product and yes, I'd recommend this waffle cone maker . . . and I do!!!
